“Wren arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time in my attic which is difficult to access unless one is very nimble. Furthermore it has blown in insulation and not much head room. She put traps in multiple areas , not just at the point of access, and retrieved dead mice that had been there a while (in the more difficult areas to get to) in addition to removing recently captured ones. “The Big Blue Bug did a great job handling our squirrel issue. JD came right out and did a thorough inspection and got an immediate plan in motion. Corey was assigned to the job. He set up traps, adjusted them as needed, trapped, and checked for activity. The communication was impeccable and each day Corey emailed us a report so we knew the status. Once the “resident squirrels” were fully removed, Corey came back and sealed things up perfectly! I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend The Big Blue Bug.
