“Mike from Big Blue Bug spent over an hour inspecting all the pipes entering the house, and he sealed around every gap. He showed us the possible sources of our midge infestation and how to avoid problems in the future. He showed us where they could be nesting and taught us how to avoid more problems by deep-cleaning the dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry drain. And he found some small problems and took care of them immediately. He did not just come in and start spraying poisonous insecticides right away - his recommendations were moderate and incremental. He took the time to carefully inspect our home inside & out. He spent time discussing any issues that we have now or could have in the future.
