“⭐️ 1 Star – I Wish I Could Give ZERO ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Top Notch (now merged with Bizzy Bee Extermination) is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They promise to treat your home monthly and follow up on any concerns — but those are empty promises and outright lies. Not only did they fail to provide the services they promised, but they also continued to withdraw money from my account without authorization, even after I sent multiple emails demanding them to stop. This is unacceptable, unethical, and potentially illegal. Their service is nonexistent, their communication is terrible, and their business practices are beyond unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I am actively pursuing further action regarding their unauthorized charges.”
