“Honestly pretty bummed out with the service I had received. I used another company for a few years and decided to switch it up. I called and they were able to get me in very quickly and service was quick and easy. My previous company brought out the big guns and always hand sprayed inside and then used a hose type for my yards. Black Hills Pest Control just used a hand pump wand through the house and the yard and I wondered how effective it would be. Let's just say not at all. The bugs didn't seem any less and in previous years with other company, I had no bugs until the following year. I called to see if maybe something was off with the chems and they basically brush me off, told me they'd call back and after 3 different calls they did nothing. Definitely won't be using them again, unfortunately.”
