“I called this place because it was a local smaller business and I wanted to give my business to a small town business and they came out the gentleman was very nice he sprayed the inside and the outside of my house he told me I have 30 days and they would come back if I seen any more ants I did see more ants so I called they came out and did a respray on the outside of the house I wasn't home so I wasn't able to let them in to do the inside a week later I found even more ants in the back part of my house in my bathroom and my closet there's absolutely no food in my bathroom or my closet so I don't know why there's ants there I called them back to ask them what should I do I was told that they would talk to technician and call me back I waited a week and they didn't call me back so I called back in at that point they told me there's nothing they can do I'd have to repay the $150 to have him come back out again now why would I pay another $150 to have them come out and do something that they didn't even clear up the first time they did it I didn't expect for them to come out for free but I expected a discount an apology something as I still have the ants that I called for originally I will no longer be giving my service to them and I suggest you don't either I called terminix and they're going to handle the problem”
