“Hired by landlord to take care of apartment bed bugs. This business is rude, and very unprofessional. Only spray baseboards. Was told we needed to throw out all furniture that had any fabric. Would never use them if I was in charge of hiring a service.”

“I called this company and they eventually came out and inspected our home for wasps and said they would come back and spray. Three weeks later they still hadn’t sprayed and didn’t notify me that they wouldn’t be able to come. Called them at the end of three weeks and couldn’t get through, probably called around 10 times different days and eventually used my husband’s phone to call and they picked up right away. Which means they had blocked my number so they didn’t have to talk to me when I had been very polite the entire time. Very unprofessional! And inconvenient because we still have a wasp problem and have wasted three weeks and our home is infested now.”
