“We were really shocked at how the Brezden's office treated us. We have many complaints, but the biggest is how they dribbled in the three negative inspections and charged us exorbitantly on the final remediation. Their first inspection showed dry rot, which we tried to fix on our own because their estimates for doing that were high. When they came back to reinspect, they found more dry rot, which we again tried to fix. They came back a third time and found even more dry rot. The fact that they couldn't find those issues the first time shows a serious lack of quality service. But because of how they were dribbling in new issue this way, we gave up and had them do the final fix since it would not require another inspection. They said that they'd give us a good break, but they ended up charging us a ridiculous amount for the work. Worse yet, they refused to talk to us about it afterwards despite several attempts to reach them for an explanation of the bill. Stay away from this awful company. They're not to be trusted.”

“Hired for interior and exterior mouse abatement, and their "foundation sealing" which was to ensure no further mice got in. As explained to me, the foundation is sealed so no more mice are let in. Then in the ensuring 4 weeks of mice abatement, the rodents inside the home are caught. Only the foundation was never sealed during those 4 weeks. Technician never did a thorough examination, even after calling on Week 5 since tech never showed up on week 4. I spent 3 hours and $75 doing the work myself that I paid around $400 for someone else to do. Told all this to management, no offer of refund. They even told me that the sealing of the home comes at the end, since they don't want rodents getting poisoned outside and then have them crawl in and die in the home. Which doesn't make any sense, since if they did their best to seal the foundation, mice wouldn't get in after the poison, and leaving the foundation unsealed for 4 weeks would let all the mice in. Very disappointed for a company that has been in operation here for so long.”
