“We have a new construction home with a termite contract through this company. They installed the boxes shortly before closing and submitted the report. They should have returned in November 2024 to do the 1 year inspection, but never did. I got a notification they wanted to do it on July 1st, 2025. No one showed up on my ring camera dor the inspection, yet I get an inspection report from Christopher Caputo that the inspection was done in 20 seconds with no notes. I contacted rocket to ask about this and they admitted it should not be that way. They rescheduled for this morning between 8-10am and were supposed to call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. No call, no show! Same inspector gave a signed report within an 8 second timeframe and had no notes. He did not show up at all. Even the notes on my report stated the previous issue and he did it again! Then rocket has the nerve to tell me we are set up for auto-renewal in September and I have to call them again then to cancel. WORST COMPANY EVER!! Mr. Caputo needs to be fired for doing this not once but twice. I can’t imagine what else he has done during business hours. Shameful!”
