“Great company, great service! I moved into a house in July with a bedbug infestation from previous tenants. It was a few weeks before Bug-A-Way could come heat treat the house, but it was definitely worth the wait (I was even bumped up a week earlier than expected due to a cancellation). The heat treatment seemed to very effective, and we didn’t see any activity for the first few weeks. I had a few small bites and found a tiny live bug a few weeks later when I was cleaning, and they came out to inspect within a few days and sprayed the house again since it was still under warranty. Bedbugs are really really hard to get rid of, so I understood that *realistically* there would probably be a few bugs leftover that needed to be sprayed again. They said they would happily come back to spray again in two weeks if necessary. They also stuck around to answer my questions on how to see if the bug droppings are recent and relevant, and how to properly clean my house without disturbing the spray. They suggested bathing my cats as a precaution, but I like being alive, so I will not be doing that unless absolutely necessary. Overall, really great service!”
