“Laurie came and assessed my carpenter ant situation. She sprayed to try and draw them out to see where they were nesting to no avail. However, I saw many more dead ants over the subsequent days; so it was either a delayed reaction or the spray to draw them out had some poisonous effect itself. Nonetheless, Laurie suspected the origin of the carpenter ants was from overgrown tree limbs over my roof and chimney. I appreciated that she was honest about the need to trim the limbs before treating; I wasn’t charged for the initial visit. I got the trees trimmed and scheduled a treatment within a few weeks of the initial visit. Another tech came out to treat the whole perimeter of the house, honoring the quote Laurie gave me. I am happy so far with the results I’ve seen 9 days post treatment!”
