“I was on the couch and I heard a "swarming" sound. I looked up and there were bees pouring out of my chimney into my living room, just suddenly. I called the exterminators in the area and these folks answered immediately and said "we'll be there in 30 minutes". They showed up, took care of the bees right away with some smoke, were very professional and gave us some advice on how to seal up the cracks in the fireplace to avoid this problem again in the future. I was very impressed and relieved. Very polite and professional. I know who I'm calling if we have another problem.”
