“They bought out Aaron’s Pest Control who I used for years and loved. No one called to inform me of this until they showed up for a service. I told the guy (Jacob maybe) that I was not super interested if they couldn’t be flexible with scheduling and text me to see if I’m available, as that was what Aaron’s would do for me. We texted one time and I told him I wasn’t happy with their communication system; it just wouldn’t work for the way my life schedule is. Never heard from him again. Yet they would show up at my house when I wasn’t there and spray the outside without my permission. They even talked to my daughter’s 17 year old boyfriend who was there once and he said he wasn’t in charge but apparently they sprayed again. I never gave them permission or asked them to come on my property. They billed me for two services I did not approve and now they call me every Friday afternoon about it. I keep telling them that I did not approve any services and was told last week that the account was zeroed and I shouldn’t have been called. This week they now say I owe again and they’ll have a supervisor call me. I’m afraid I’ll never get rid of them. I hope they get rid of bugs better than I can get rid of them.”

“They came out for a general spray for cockroaches inside the home and spiders outside the home about 3 weeks ago. The cockroaches have since then gotten 10 times worst and spiders are still just as bad. Im not sure if it has anything to do with it but im also getting eaten alive with fleas now when I didn't have them at all beforehand. Called to ask why the roaches were worst now and got told I had gotten the wrong service for the wrong kind of roaches (initially $108) and it would be $400 to exterminate the roaches i have. I told them I was 9 months pregnant and short on money and was upset I had already wasted $100 dollars. I was told she would see if they would take the $100 out of the $400 and would call me back. I've received no calls, emails or anything so now my bugs are worst and I wasted $100.”
