“Stay clear of this company. They will charge you for things that were not authorized and then wont make it right when you attempt to resolve the dispute. I did business with this company for around 5 years and when we had a disagreement they were more interested in telling me they were right than making it right and we could have just moved on. The lady (Autumn)in the billing department is absolutely horrible to deal with. I don't think she works in the best interest of the company. If you buy a pre paid mosquito treatment beware when its over they will continue to bill you even if you haven't agreed to the continued service. Then when you tell them you didn't want the service after what was pre-paid they will tell you that they emailed you before they came. This is absolutely mind bogglingly poor customer service. I would rather chew my arm off than do business with this company. Now since I have refused to pay for the services past what I had pre paid they are threatening to send my $114 account to collections.”
