“I am so glad I found Bugs Bee Gone. They were recommended on a community Facebook page, and I am thankful that they were! I had trouble with Orkin (several problems over the 1.5 years I had a service agreement with them). I spoke with Lois on Friday to ask about cost, etc., and then spoke with her again yesterday (Monday). Very lovely person. We had a yellow jacket problem that was getting worse, Orkin was supposed to take care of it but failed miserably, and we needed help. Lois scheduled us for today (Tuesday), and Lori came out and took care of the problem. The yellow jackets are almost all gone, and it's been just about 4 hours. Lori did in one day what Orkin couldn't get done in two weeks. Great service, and Lori was very knowledgeable. We will now have Bugs Bee Gone come quarterly. What a difference a family-owned and operated business is compared to a corporation that doesn't seem to care!”
