“This quite literally the worst pest control ever. While their technicians are very nice it is impossible to get ahold of anyone in their main office. They promise for call backs and you get nothing. They bought up stat pest control who I use to be with, but it is truly horrible service now. They never give you a heads up when they are coming to do your pest so if you aren’t home, forget about them coming in. You have to call and schedule and inside service and that alone is hassle, i believe they use a third party so then they put you on hold for them to contact the main office. Stay away far away from this company!!”
