“I agree with the other person about the receptionist. She's very rude and hung up on me too. I've done business with them for quite a few years and very satisfied with them. The men technicians are very thorough and cover the inside and out. I just had my house sprayed 3 weeks ago by a lady technician and she was nothing like the men. She never treated my anthills which there are 3 in the front driveway. I never saw her throwing the granules in the backyard. And I've been having bugs appearing the last two weeks. One a scorpion running across my den floor this morning. They only wanted to come spot spray the doorways. I suspect the whole house never got sprayed. I never had this problem when the men sprayed. I think this lady technician was more interested in looking my house over. I'll find someone else that's interested in doing their job.”
