“Quite honestly, I have had a bad experience with the customer service with this company. I was having a clover mite problem. I reached out to have a technician check it out. The technician came and mentioned he can do it for a price and it is guaranteed to work. After a week, saw that the problem got worse and reached out. Mentioned that the chemical that was sprayed did not work. After speaking with the manager, she eventually mentioned that it is NOT GUARANTEED to work. If I would have been told that, I would have not accepted the service. As well, she started to tell me, they have done a lot of other work at my house at free of charge and taking it out in my face. I always mentioned to the technician, are you sure about the extra stuff he was doing. He mentioned, he does what makes the customer happy. Not expecting that the manager of the company to tell me that over the phone call and take out in my face. If the technician communicated that better, I would have not accepted the services in the first place. I truly believe in doing what’s best for the customer and this manager from the company is someone who does not care. After the conservation she pretty much hanged up in my face. Now I stuck with a $130 bill and nothing was resolved.”
