“Took a chance with them but should have stayed with my old company. People are nice enough but they didn't explain they were going to jack up my concrete with ugly grey plugs. The other company I used did not leave unsightly plugs in my concrete for termite protection. The other company drilled but fixed it afterwards and it looked very nice. Unfortunately I assumed most companies operated in similar ways for this service but I learned the hard way that is not the case. It's too late now and I'm stuck with this bad job but will not be using them in the future. I will now have to pay for someone to fix my concrete because they refused and said that is just how they do it. Let me tell you not all companies mess up your concrete like this. It's lazy and unprofessional. Beware and make sure you have everything explained in detail in advance and you watch what they are doing outside to make sure you get the proper service you pay for. DO NOT Trust.”
