“We'd been having an issue with what we thought were simply honey bees due to their size, lack of aggression, and the fact they were congregating under our siding at about 3 feet above the ground. Having tried to persuade them to vacate using some off the shelf treatments (both organic and chemical-based) to no avail, I called Burt's, and Autumn scheduled a tech for the very next day. When Andrew showed up, his professionalism was forefront and center, recognizing our issue was actually with yellow jackets. As they were incredibly active in the afternoon sun, we agreed on a treatment early Saturday morning. Andrew's diligence paid off with 100% success! He even stopped by later the same day to check that the issue had been resolved to our satisfaction. I can't give enough accolades to Burt's—from office staff to tech representation—for their attention to the customer's concerns, to the profession manner with which they follow up on their service. “Brandon and Dylan sprayed for bugs and did a termite treatment for me. They were professional, explained the process, and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. As part of the termite treatment, they had to drill holes in concrete. They did a great job patching those holes. They also kindly removed all of the old termite bait stations around my property and a couple of partially buried boards they found. The trash pickup occurred while they were here and Brandon even rolled my trash bin up to my garage. What a gentleman! When I called the office to pay, Melissa was professional and kind, too. She made notes about some upcoming work to be done that will require them to return to complete a spot treatment. She assured me they would take care of that when the time comes and complete the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company.”
