“We bought this house 4yrs ago and tried to treat the spiders ourselves to no avail. It hadn’t been sprayed in years. We constantly had cobwebs even after sweeping down and spraying. Stray cats and rats brought fleas, which infested our pets (which they never had). Byrd came out in November 2021 and as of yesterday 2/3/22 we are 99.5% pest free. They advised us how to handle the rats and it worked!! Recommended trimming trees and hedges away from key areas around our house. Coming from country living we didn’t experience this, we had wonderful Barn Swallows that ate all our flies and mosquitoes, spiders could be sprayed and not really a problem like these.
