“Contacted cal coast for a rodent issue at my townhouse. The tenants had reported mice and I hired another company that was able to catch a couple mice and said the likely entry point was beneath the front door so I had to hire a handyman to install a door sweep. However mice returned a couple weeks later and the company said there was nothing they could do for me other than set me up on a monthly service to continue setting traps. The townhouse is next to a canyon so this was unacceptable and I wanted to find the entry point. This is when I made the right decision to contact CAL COAST. There was prompt follow up to get on the schedule and Michael was very straightforward and easy to deal with. He actually did some investigative work and sealed off a couple holes behind the dishwasher where he found a ton of droppings. Other company did NOT pull the dishwasher out to check.
