“I had found what I at first thought was a dead cat in backyard. I had called local animal control and was told they didn’t service this area, and then called the Parrish animal control and was told the same thing. They also didn’t know anyone who would remove it. My Dad went to a local animal hospital to see if they knew anyone who could do the removal, and they also said they didn’t know. All respect to these places, but I was a bit taken aback by that. I didn’t want to remove it myself and neither did my Dad because we don’t know what kind of diseases or anything of that sort might be involved. I finally found Carter’s Wildlife Removal in Shreveport. Very friendly service over the phone. He sent out Les to remove our problem right away. Les was very friendly and helpful and took care of our issue very quickly. It turned out to be a dead possum rather than a cat, which I suspected because with the fangs and larger size it was a bit too big to be a cat. It being a possum just didn’t dawn on me at the time. Nonetheless, Les removed our problem without issue and for a great price. If I ever have such occurrences in the future, I will definitely use Carter’s Wildlife Removal. Great customer service with a straightforward yet courteous and understanding manner, which is quite rare these days. Cheers.”
