“We have been with this company for several years now, going back to when they were Cat's Eye. We loved the customer service and great technician. Unfortunately they've recently been bought out and become "Turner Pest Control". Since that time they almost seem to be trying to drive customers away One of the first things they've done is seemingly downsize the staff, I would spend over 30 minutes on hold trying to speak to a rep where in the past the phone would just be answered by the 2nd ring. Next they instituted a virtual phone system which calls you and tells you the Date, but not TIME of your next service appointment, then hangs up without any opportunity to say that the time doesn't work for you... You then have to call them and wait on hold to speak to someone - They only call once every 3 months or so for the service appointment date... if they can't spare the time to have that 5 minute phone call every 5 months,... why do I continue to use them? (I'm not very smart apparently) - We have asked for months to be taken off of the "Auto caller" for appointment scheduling to no avail, It still calls us despite apparent notes on the account not to. Lastly our last 2 service appointments have been No Call No Show's after taking time off to sit around and wait on them, we then have to call to reschedule (They don't call us for the Missed appointment)... then take more time out of our schedule to wait again for the do over appointment. Update 1/17/22: They called, we spoke... they gave me the ol' "we hear you, and have documented your concerns" ... but.. we aren't gonna change anything or do anything special for you speech. Good thing for you we love our tech, he's all that's keeping us with you at this point. Now they've just started showing up without even calling first to see if we are home to let them in...”
