“Hired Certified Pest to treat our stink bugs. They came out once and treated the outside of the house. A few days later I started seeing them appear in the outside windows and sliding glass doors. They were also inside my house by the doors. I called them to tell them we still had a problem and they never returned my call. When I did leave a message I told them I would not be paying for a service that was not performed. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Today I received the first bill from them 3 months later stating it was 'past due'. When I called the office and told them that no one returned my call, she said they always do within 24 hours. I guess I was the exception. I told her I would not pay for the bill because the bugs were all over and I took pictures. She said they did only treat the windows and doors. I told her that's where they were and she said it again. I told her I was not paying for this service. She told me she was just going to send it into collections!!!!! I did pay $81 of the bill for part of the service that they took down a wasp nest. Very dissatisfied with them.”

They removed the nest and mites, replaced the rotted exhaust duct, treated the attic area and ductwork, reinstalled the exhaust fan, installed a vent cage, and cleaned everything up! Highly recommend them and will definitely utilize their services if needed in the future. .”
