“Horrible service. I never post reviews but had to make others aware of the unprofessionalism I encountered with this company. We have a wasp nest in the attic, and the entry point of the bees coming in is through the outdoor siding on the second floor of our house. When we asked the company to come out and spray the area they told us it would be excessive amount (more than $500 )and that they would come back with an extra tall ladder to get to the spot they need to spray. They told my husband they would come out the next day to do the service. My husband works from home thankfully, he waited around all day and no one showed up. When he contacted the company to find out what's going on, he was told no one could come out that day (although that was what was originally agreed upon), and they told him they would come out the next day. This company claims to provide same-day-service... The following day someone did come out, looked at the spot they needed to treat and said he can't get up that high, he doesn't have a ladder high enough. Mind you- my husband spoke to someone and sent pictures of the house and the spot that needed to be sprayed and specified the height of the area needed to be sprayed. The person he spoke to on the phone told him they can come out but they would need to bring a tall ladder. So why was this person not prepared when they finally came out 2 days later? They told my husband they would be in contact about when someone can come out again. ***My husband was very upset about this service and called another company, and someone came out the same day, and was able to reach the area of the house with the ladder they had. They completed the service and guaranteed results, and if the problem persisted, they told us they would come back to do further treatments. That was excellent service - and they only charged $200! Please be aware about Chagrin Valley Pest Control, we did not have a positive experience at all.”
