I have never had a bad experience with a pest control company and I have used several over the years, but ChemTec was the best experience I have ever had. Before I chose ChemTec, as usual, I called several companies, comparing prices and services, and decided to give ChemTec a try because it is a small company, veteran-owned, the receptionist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions well, and the prices were reasonable. Not the cheapest but still very reasonable. The technician Brady did a very thorough job spraying the inside, outside, and yard of my house. He answered all my questions and addressed each concern--ants, roaches, termites. I really liked how careful he was in applying the chemical in my house. I don't like having toxic chemicals in my house (but I dislike insects even more!) He even did a couple of services that I hadn't expected--wiping spider webs off of the eaves of my house and putting insect-and-mouse glue boxes behind each toilet. I also appreciated the fact that he was courteous, respectful, and clean-cut as well as knowledgeable and professional. What's not to like? I won't hesitate to use this company again as long as their prices remain reasonable.”
