“I was gone over Christmas. When I came home I saw droppings in my family room and kitchen. Not mice droppings. Much larger. Much. Chilton environmental came out. The tech immediately identified the droppings I’d saved as mouse feces. I asked him 10 times if he was sure. Oh, yeah, he was sure. For $250 he set out mouse traps. Terminex came the next morning. He went in the attic and the crawl space. Chilton did not go either place. Terminex guy says ground squirrel or squirrel. I have a ground squirrel around my house. I called Chilton numerous times to discuss my problem. Finally, some woman took over and said they weren’t going to refund my money. My furnace guy came out, said there was a chewed out opening in the ductwork. He sealed it. Bingo, no more droppings. Chilton misdiagnosed my problem, instituted an unnecessary spread of mouse traps, DID NOT solve my problem. I want my $250 back, but CHILTON REFUSED. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY W YOUR HOME.”
