“UPDATE: The google reply here just sent me to your company phone. They had nothing to do with customer service. Clarks SUCKS now!!! I'm looking for a new pest control service...this is just some of the worst business practive I've ever seen and I used to really love Clarks! I'm so mad that they took my great company away! Ever since this company got bought out,they have been horrible. The billing sucks, they techs have been mediocre They don't tell you they're coming, at all. They send you bills before they provide services and apparently have no issues with spraying your home perimeter literally moments before a torrential rain. Whoever bought them SUCKS! BOOO!!! DO BETTER”

“We had our yearly termite inspection and once the job was completed I went out and the yard was a mess. There was plastic pieces from the previous traps in my yard. The mulch was completely messed up and I understand that they have to be removed to replace the old deterrents but the yard should look the same as it did before the visit. Not happy with the service. The same thing happened last year and I tossed it up as a one time thing but I guess not.”
