“We've used these guys for years now. The first couple of services they were great, cobwebs were knocked down and pest were contained. The tech was always responsive. There are other items at play that you should be aware of. As time progressed the service got more lax and they kept raising the price implying they had better coverage and superior products. This last service all of the cobwebs in the back yard deck were not knocked down and the ant problem still hasn't been contained even with us texting and reaching out. Furthermore, they requested we autopay through the portal last year when they raised the price to $139/quarterly for a 3000 sq ft house. They then raised it again at the end of last year to $147/quarterly without notifying us after we initiated auto-pay. Upon shopping around with other established providers that have been in business 20+ years, for a 3000 sq ft house they're charging $85-90/quarterly. Unfortunately, being in the tech space for service providers I see this a lot. There are service providers that make 100%+ margin on their services for less quality products because 'people pay it' and 'people don't change'. I loved these guys for a decade but it is time to make a change. Shop around is my advice.”
