“I’m not sure if it’s due to some miscommunication, but my apartment complex (Summit Avent Ferry) has contracted Clegg’s for pest control and they have managed the job terribly. I submitted a request for extermination and Clegg’s has been responsible for the cleanup, which has gone on since 9/20 and is still ongoing. After the first treatment in my apartment, they not only left my door unlocked but also open (due to weather stripping, the door can be left ajar unless you pull on it). Imagine coming home from work to find your door open… it’s deeply unsettling, never mind the fact that I can’t even cook a meal without worrying about what my friends call my roommates (German and american roaches) trying to get a taste of what I’m cooking. I’m disappointed in not only my apartment complex, but also Clegg’s for failing to solve an issue for over a month. I’ve attached pictures from the past 2 weeks (all after 1 month into “treatment”). I would not recommend their services.”

“I did not have a good experience with Clegg's. The company came out in April for a termite inspection and they let us know they could do work on putting cage guards around our open vents on the house. The company came out did an inspection and had to order the vent guards for the vents. They came back out in May put the vent guards on. About a week later birds had hatched inside the vents and trying to get out and birds trying to get in to the birds. Another company was called due to this emergency situation and it appears there was no check for eggs they were already in the vent prior to the guard being placed over the vents by Clegg's. The eggs had been in there for a while and the other company said this was impossible to miss. I had to pay additional money to get this resolved by another company and there has been absolutely no resolution from Clegg's. This is highly disappointing that this was not handled properly.”
