“Here is my problem and reason for this review. It started with being told I should not have taken the one bed apart. My reply to that was I thought I was helping the process since that had to be done anyway to properly treat the box spring inside and out. I was a little confused about that! I have a 3-bedroom house, front room all with carpet. The best I can tell they were only there maybe an hour per the phone calls. I cleaned out the closet, the drawers and took all clothes, bed sheets pretty much everything to the laundry mat washed every thing and dried all on hot. Picking hot was another 1.10 per load to wash. Overall I spent over $70.00 to complete as instructed needing to be done. They even told me good job on prepping. On the so-called second visit. I have no idea how long they were there but not very long since the best I could tell nothing was done. All the pillows I left in place on the chairs and beds were right where they were left not even moved. That means they never looked at anything. I sent a text to him got no reply. I called him and he said on the second visit they do not take things apart, then in that case how can you do a second treatment. Probably did not even spray any chemicals. I guess when he said second treatment spraying all again is what comes to my mind, only makes sense second treatment would be just that like the first. Maybe he needs to be more honest about what a second treatment really is, as far as I am concerned it is not a treatment at all. Maybe the words second visit should be changed to be a little more realistic truth. At the end of the day I felt a little taken advantage off. If the bugs do come back as I suspect they might we will see how good the warranty really is. A warranty is only as good as the people offering it. The word integrity falls in here, how much integrity and caring about what you do really went into this!!”

“Not applicable. Question only town of MEADVIEW I am told has snakes. I only know to back up slowly. How to deal with. ? Do they crawl into homes, trailers, autos? Buying a dirt lot there. Future circumstance. Sounds like this Business knows what it is doing with Bedbugs. Send to Iowa friend has this problem.”
