“Everyone is nice, especially the lady that answers the phone, but I paid nearly $200 for roach control and I barely had any roaches because I had been baiting myself, keeping them under control. After the service, I stopped baiting, assuming the problem would be taken care of, but nope. Bam - less than a month and the problem has worsened so when I called to have them come back out, they wanted another $60. I called another company who told me if they're German roaches (which I believe they are), they should come out every week. This place probably should've known that and scheduled it more often at a lesser per-visit cost, but nope. Therefore, 2 stars. Should be 1 but their customer service is decent. Maybe they work for other people, but not for me. I went with another local service so we'll see. I've had pest services in the past (different house) and every one of them was able to completely demolish the entire infestation in one go, without seeing a roach after some time, and the infestation in the other house about 10 years ago was way, way, way worse. The amount of time he spent here was very minimal. Sprayed 'barrier' around but it took him less than 7 minutes to spray the entire 3k sq. ft house, which tells me he probably didn't spray every room and area. I honestly don't know what he did. I do know that he put these huge globs of bait (mine you put a dime size every few feet but he did 2 massive globs). Then he stood there talking to me forever about his old job and other things. So I started going through areas trying to find "hideouts" because he did a very peripheral job (like, things that are obvious like cabinets, drawers). I move the trash can, which he didn't bait or spray, and there were several under the trash can so he sprayed them with this stuff that I assume killed them. But the fact that I had to go sniffing out roaches for the pest control guy - I was a little irritated. The reason I had to go looking for roaches is because my roach problem was very, VERY minimal. I mean, I'd see a roach once or twice a week, maybe, and every time I did, I'd bait near it so it would take it home to its family and commit roach-genocide. While he was there, he was shocked that he couldn't "find" any roaches. That's why I was busy looking for them because the whole time I'm thinking "dude, there are roaches here, I promise you." Who doesn't think to spray the trash can area?? I digress. So when they said $60, I was like "nah." Maybe another tech would be better, I dunno.”
