“I had a moisture barrier and vents installed by cooks. Nick who I believe is the manager came out twice to ensure my moisture level was at the level it should be at. I had this done over a year ago 2 of the vents were not working after this time I contacted Nick he came out replaced them and told me what I expected dirt build up was causing the vents not to operate properly. He told me what the remedy would be. I can't say how pleased I am with cooks and Nick. They could have just left me stranded with no remedy. They went way beyond seeing that they were not obligated to under a contract to help me. I am truly thankful.”
