“Issue in the basement for years with spider crickets. I’m on a contract so clearly not important. I have call multiple times to get a tech out here to swap out full glue traps. Called the office today at 9:40 to get a guy back to clean up the mess they left and as of this review 45 minutes later I don’t have a call back or a text. As you can see they left dead insect traps in the basement. If you are a person who calls a professional and expects the professional to do their job with pride and not like a slob call somebody else.”
