“Was happy for 2 years even though technician always changed. The second to last visit, broken tops on termite traps not changed and replaced. Not even sure they where checked. Last visit was the same. Broken tops not changed, not sure all traps where checked and technician left side gait open and when we let our German shepherds out that night, they got to roam the neighborhood. Was even charged for the visit and still unsure if all traps where checked. They offered me a free visit, but not someone coming out to see if first job was done correctly. Learned how to do it on line and it res looks like just a few where checked. Just not happy with overall service and not having to be home to watch technician.”
