“We hired them last September to get squirrels off the roof, which they did. We paid $1400 for it and now the squirrels are back on the same place. I called multiple people but haven't heard from anyone to schedule a tech to come and have a look. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with this company. Update: Matt, the manger finally called me today after numerous attempts. He said since I dont have a warranty they will need to charge again. Be aware they will not come back to fix the problem, even if you pay for a warranty its only good for 1 year. And they're not a local company, big chain. What happened to "we stand by our work"? I will never use them again.”

“My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.”
