“Engaged these people early this year to perform a variety of things which included placing outside bait stations to control a pretty serious in-house rodent problem. Six months later, the inhabitants were complaining of seeing rodent droppings [again]. So, I hunted the traps and opened them to check the bait levels. Two of the three were empty. The third was nearly empty and the condition of the remaining bait was terrible .. as in moldy and melted in appearance as though water had slowly dissolved it over time. All of the traps had cave crickets and slugs living in them and a view of the exteriors clearly indicated they hadn't been touched by anyone in several months. One of the traps had a card in it with a date hand-written as to when the last servicing was done; it was months ago. The other two stations had no data tracking cards in them. So ... these guys charged a $75 monthly servicing fee (several months) without actually servicing the stations. Nice .. very nice. If you are a customer, I would highly recommend you backtrack on these guys to see if you're getting what you contracted for. Security access keys are available online and cheap to buy for use opening the traps to check them. It may be worth your while to do so. Oh ... but they deserve credit where credit's due ... They "apologized" for the poor customer service. We feel so much better now.”
