“Long term client here! I used crossroads pest for 3 years because they were one of the very few that serviced our area. We continued to have issues of mice and roaches (it’s a cabin) even with them “servicing” our property. I paid promptly every month without hassle or delay. On July 5th I received a call from the tenants that there were still issues of critters so I texted the company to let them know and that I would like services immediately (assuming they would offer this service and charge a convenience fee). I’m even happy to share the text message on here showing I was perfectly respectful but i would need it as soon as possible since we run the cabin as an Airbnb and didn’t want the next booking to have issues. To say they handled it unprofessionally is an understatement. The owner called me. Monday morning saying that I was rude and interrupted their holiday weekend. If you have critter problems, stop by Home Depot and grab a trap. You’ll have a better experience and probably less critters.”

“Been using Crossroads for years and years. Was told this spring that they no longer wanted to service me. This was a complete shock. I guess they are to busy and do not need anyone elses business. What ever happened to loyalty? Non-existant with this business I guess. Sad...just sad! In response to Crossroads reply: The review stems from the cold and unexpected conversation when I called to schedule my spring treatment. Never, ever was ony of your reply to my review said to me on the call. I was simply told that you would no longer be servicing my business, I did not spend enough money with your company and other people, who spend more, were being made the priority. The sad thing is, I was also calling to schedule a monthly service contract with you and would have been spending more money. Had the conversation not been so cold and unfeeling, you would have known this. I, as a business owner, would NEVER throw away a years long customer without first contacting them and FULLY explaining the situation and coming to an amicable resolution. It's just bad business. I am still very sad the way this business relationship has ended. There was a better way of handling it.”
