“Been using Crossroads for years and years. Was told this spring that they no longer wanted to service me. This was a complete shock. I guess they are to busy and do not need anyone elses business. What ever happened to loyalty? Non-existant with this business I guess. Sad...just sad! In response to Crossroads reply: The review stems from the cold and unexpected conversation when I called to schedule my spring treatment. Never, ever was ony of your reply to my review said to me on the call. I was simply told that you would no longer be servicing my business, I did not spend enough money with your company and other people, who spend more, were being made the priority. The sad thing is, I was also calling to schedule a monthly service contract with you and would have been spending more money. Had the conversation not been so cold and unfeeling, you would have known this. I, as a business owner, would NEVER throw away a years long customer without first contacting them and FULLY explaining the situation and coming to an amicable resolution. It's just bad business. I am still very sad the way this business relationship has ended. There was a better way of handling it.”

“Called let her know I had hornets in the attic of the home. She asked if it was visible from outside. Said it was probably a old nest. I told her again it was in the attic and they were coming inside through the vents. She said she didn't know if she could get them out. I thought I called pest control. ??♀️??♀️”
