Promised the moon and stars during the intro meeting and then came back and bewildered and practically empty-handed. Had the audacity to show up without sufficient tools or materials, and some other random guy to do the work (who he suggested was single and available). Extremely rude upon arrival and waited for me to physically let them into a waist-high, chain link gate, after I had already made it clear via text I was on a work call and had my (ridiculously friendly) dogs inside (which was obvious) so they could begin working immediately upon arrival. In addition, he also charged me hundreds of dollars to place mouse traps that caught nothing and I had to remind them to come retrieve. Never again.”

“Great experience having Jeff out to spray my new apartment on short notice from my building mgt.
