“First time we used his services in - I think 2012 he was cool. This time, it was 2021. My husband was in chemotherapy. He made fun of us for using masks. I explained my husband was in chemotherapy - so he jumped to a new tack saying well your husband is not keeping his mask in place so “does it matter?” It is true, my husband removed his mask a few times because he has an accent and Dave complained he could not understand him. Not sure what changed with him. But something seems to be wrong- like maybe stress or frustration. I love plain speakers- but bullies- not so much.”
