“Called them to inspect my house for termites and they said it’s subterranean termites. They installed ground treatments around my house but a couple of months later I found signs of termites again. Called them and they said they are flying termites this time and quoted me again for the tent treatment. Now, during the recent flooding in my neighborhood, my walls were opened for inspection, and I found termites running around. Called them again and showed the video of termites running around. But he said they look like ants and said they don’t see termites. Looks like they don’t warranty their job. I don’t know what to say, I’m not using them anymore nor recommend them.”
