“Honestly I had really high hopes for this company. At the time we first discovered the bed bugs we newly moved into a home. I was pregnant with a 6 year old and a 6 month old. Prior to Brian coming to do the heat treatment, my husband and I washed everything we could, dried everything we could, vacuumed, did DE before and after etc. we took so many precautions. I was terrified honestly. I also wanted to avoid the chemical treatment due to having babies and being pregnant hence why I found the heat treatment. So we put down the deposit for our heat treatment and had Brian come. It was hectic to say the least because we had to leave our home for an entire day and that is very hard with kids. We ended up spending thousands for the heat treatment and another couple hundred on a hotel for the day/night. Brian assured we did a great job cleaning and initially heat treating what we could. We hardly had many things or furniture. Okay so we come back home fast forward to about 6 weeks later I found a bed bug in my daughter’s bed. I freaked out a bit and messaged Brian. He told me that I should’ve done the dog but that he is available for me to pick up the head units and do it myself. Which is a part of the heat treatment price point. We drove an hour to pick up the fans. Set it all up and did another treatment on my daughters room. Really thought we were over it but here we are about an entire year later May 2025 and I have found 3 alive bed bugs and multiple dead ones. I think that the dead ones very well could be leftover from the heat treatment as we have moved some furniture around. I am appalled at how much money I paid Brian to not eradicate the full spectrum of the bed bugs. These bed bugs are also large and no just hatched eggs. I don’t understand how this company can not have a guaranteed service or warranty without you having to pay an additional hundreds of dollars for the dog to come. Even then it seems like you will just have to keep paying for the dog!!! I’d love a refund but we all know that won’t happen because “bed bugs can come from anywhere” even though I have taken MANY precautions since the first sight of them. Waste of money. Just look up how to prevent bed bugs. DE, bed leg traps, mattress bed bug protector, vacuum, etc etc etc. screw this company. It also sucks because Brian could’ve helped us understand more but he didn’t and didn’t really give us advice on how to move forward best. I think it’s unlikely we caught bed bugs twice three times. Makes no sense.”

“Debug Your Bed provided me with great service. They did not try to upsell me at any point, and only tried to educate me on the best options for success. While my treatment was a little more complex and required more than one visit. Bryan was true to his word and the warranty worked just as he stated. Thank you! I originally reached out to Bryan about renting a few machines for DIY. Before I knew it, Bryan had spend over 45 minutes with me on the phone educating me on the do's and dont's, and what would be my best option for success. Eventually I decided it would best best to let Bryan do the service. Bryan was true to his word throughout the process. Be advised that it may definitely take a little patience. After the treatment, there were still a few reported bugs. After following the warranty process, Bryan made the second trip out and conducted a second treatment at no additional cost. In the end, the problem was taken care of. It's now been about 6 months and I have not heard a single complaint from the tenants. While the cost may be a little surprising, it makes sense to do it right the first time. I would not hesitate to work with Debug Your Bed in the future, although I do really hope I never have a bedbug problem like this again!”
