“Only sharing from my own experience. I can say I am not very happy with the service provided. I was scheduled to have a Saturday pest control service, they did not show, but without notice came Monday. I work from home, and have cameras all around my property. He showed at 12:45pm Monday and knocked on the door. I could not answer, but assumed he would work as detailed in the contract I signed, which included treating front and backyard plus removing cobwebs from house. I did see him remove cobwebs from some of the front of house, but he did not spray anything, nor did he venture into my backyard to service. I do have 2 dogs who love to bark, so maybe that’s why he didn’t try to go in the backyard, but I pulled them inside of the house when I saw he was going to side gate within 30 seconds.He has my contact information through the company, and could have texted me to make sure dogs were inside. My main concern for my property is around the pool area, bugs love the water area and black widows are an issue on the fence line. I feel like I paid 80$ for someone to come and leave in 3 minutes, not treat any areas and remove a couple cobwebs. This is not the first time this has happened. I am stuck in a year contract for what? I will be canceling asap and reporting to BBB for none fulfillment of a signed contract between myself and company. Luckily I have all video from all time he spent.”
