“The service tech Alejandro showed up on time, explained in detail what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and what the desired outcome was. Then offered some suggestions on things we could do after the service on our own to try and minimize future problems. Very polite, professional, and all around good customer service. I will continue to use them and I recommend them. Update 2 years later. We signed up for service to be done every 3 months. Our service tech Alejandro is easy to communicate with, always respectful of our property, always wears his personal protective equipment, is very thorough and takes care of everything in a timely manner. Outstanding service.”

“While the staff members at the organization are polite and professional the monthly service for my home in long beach was ineffective. We originally called to have Dewey control the spiders around our home in Long Beach. The treatment was ineffective and I had to hire an arborist to trim the trees around the house. After cancelling the monthly service we where charged a $150.00 cancellation fee. The website and messaging say this is a "family owned business" and they care about customer service. After several missed attempts to connect with David, the Long Beach area manager I realized this is not the case.”
