“The service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was told that all rodent entry points would be sealed, yet the same visible holes remain untouched. The traps set were minimal and ineffective, and the weekly check-ins consisted of little more than removing what was caught. When I reported hearing movement in the attic—possibly a trap having caught something—I was told there was no activity, based on monitoring from an app. However, the next technician contradicted that entirely, stating there is no such system in place at this property. To make matters worse, this technician discovered dead rats in the basement and irresponsibly threw them over the neighbor’s fence. At this point, it’s clear that the work being done is something I could have done myself for far less money and without the misleading contract. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately a waste of money. I would not recommend Dewey Pest Control based on this service.”
