“Terrible customer service from appointment lady getting mad over the phone. I needed a certification and agreed on their service and after charging me they don't want to confirm they can provide certification after first inspection . Unprofessional from beginning to end . Go with a different inspector. Never asked for a false report. I asked to help me get a certification after it was cleared . But these guys rather string people along and take their money and not take responsibility. After 30 days we can inspect it and then we can give a report but we can't give you any certification or any other writing . After they said they could after the first inspection . Don't trust the owner here trying to make himself sound good”
