“I called Edward with Bluefield/Dodson Pest Control in January of 2025 for a free estimate. He gave me great pointers and had a “No Pressure Sales” approach. He educated me on Bats, Spiders and Carpenter Bees. After having terrible customer service with my existing pest control company I reached out to Edward in May 2025. He serviced the house and I had a dramatic decrease in the insects around the home. After several days of rain I felt there was a difference in the coverage of the product. I called Edward about my concerns and he came out to address my issues with an extra free service between my scheduled services. Edward is always available to answer any questions I may have about any issues surrounding my house. I am so grateful to have an insect company that is concerned about customer care and service.”

“The exterminators were always friendly we have had them for 2 years. And the services has worked. Upon the renewal for the 3rd year we requested the first service be done inside the home as well. In the past the technician was never able to meet this request because of our work schedule. Would have if we left a key. We dont let people come into our home when we are not there. Due to what we are blaming on cell service this request was not carried out. Just would like to be accommodates 2 times a year for the inside to be sprayed . Doesn't seem to happening agsin so we canceled. 😔”
