“Came into the office one day after a weekend to find papers shredded by mice to make a nest. This came after months of repeatedly finding droppings and even seeing mice in the office. We tried to call Dodson after having been a loyal client with an established account for years and they said they'd "try" to have someone come out that day. They never came and when we called to check in, they were surprised we had not heard from the guy assigned to come out: "Larry". Next day, still no one showed up. We called a different company to come by the following morning and they were able to supplement our previously present two traps with an additional ten both in and around the property. The kicker is when they checked the service record on Dodson's pest control boxes outside our office and confirmed the last time they had been serviced was 10 months ago, despite our monthly payments. They are supposed to come monthly. Needless to say, we swapped our coverage to the other company. The final parting blow was letting them know we were canceling due to a lack of service even after payment and still being hit with a final invoice to close the account.”

“Mr. Raymond Morris from Dodson Pest Control once again was awesome. Ray came to my 84 year old dad's townhouse few months ago and helped us with our bee issue. Today Ray came and inspected my dad's townhouse for termites.
