“I hired Dodson Pest Control specifically for a German roach issue. The owner personally did the first treatment and told me follow-up visits would continue targeting roaches. Two weeks later, I was still seeing daily roach activity, so I followed up and was told another treatment was scheduled to address it. Instead, the tech that came out did a general spray for spiders and ants — nothing roach-specific — and the service ticket reflected that. No bait, no traps, and no communication that the treatment plan had changed. I even asked about traps in a text and never got a response. When I brought up the issue, I was told that “general sprays” are for roaches too and that I’d need to call the office to cancel — even though I was dealing directly with the owner the whole time. The office wasn’t even open when he said that. Bottom line: the service didn’t match what was promised, communication was poor, and I’m still dealing with the same problem. I’ve canceled the service and moved on to a provider that specializes in actual roach control”
