“I’ve called & called since the beginning of fall for cluster flies that live in my walls and have either not gotten a call back or have been told they’ll die out during the winter. I was sure to explain they won’t die living in a warm house (I vacuum up flies everyday to prove it!). The customer service with this company is severely lacking. From a (previous) paying customer at many different properties, we will be finding another pest control company. Such a shame!”

“Get a second opinion if their diagnosis involves some type of treatment I did and we are very glad we did. Not very good at knowing the difference in a sample bag of bugs. Diagnosed fleas when they were in fact a harmless beetle that treatment is not recommended for.”
