“Devin has been out to us several times and is so knowledgeable and customer-friendly. We most recently had an issue with springtails getting in under all our windows. Besides spraying the outside of the house on the bricks, he got on his hands and knees for over an hour and spread diatomaceous earth, which is a powder, in all the soil around the perimeter of our 5,000 square foot house, which is a 2nd defense to the spray, as he explained. We already pay a quarterly plan with their company for him to come out and address seasonal pest issues and I was expecting an additional charge for all that intensive labor and material today, but Devin shrugged and said it was included in the plan and not to worry about it. Who does that? They are the best - it's hard these days to find contractors who aren't looking to nickle and dime you for every additional thing they do.”
